Dingo Beach is a small community town situated on Edgecumbe Bay only a short drive North of Airlie Beach. It largely escapes the hustle and bustle of day to day life and it’s quite possible to have the beach all to yourself.

Here is the perfect spot to start your journey if you wish to explore Gloucester Island and northern islands and great fishing can be had year round. Dingo Beach has a small store and basic amenities but that just adds to the charm.

The long accessible beach boasts picnic areas, barbeques and grassy areas to enjoy the beautiful surrounds and almost always crystal clear water which is also great for snorkelling.

The stinger net provides safe swimming during the summer months and fishing from the beach usually provides plenty of fun. The beach front pub provides great food and the perfect place to watch the sun go down.
